
My monthly pricing tiers for keeping your books:
The initial cleanup and onboarding fee is $500. This includes creation of a custom Chart of Accounts and retroactively restoring and categorizing past transactions (up to 3 months). I recommend that every month before that should be restored (at a nominal fee of $50/mo) per entity until your last business tax return.
The ongoing bookkeeping service is available in three different pricing tiers, depending on your company’s average volume of transactions over a period of three consecutive months.
At signup, you’ll be charged monthly at the then-current monthly fee based on your average monthly transaction volume over the previous three months.
Your business’ average monthly transaction volume and associated subscription pricing are currently as follows:
(a) If your monthly average volume is $5K-20K, the fee for my services is $275/mo (typically for a handyman)
(b) If your monthly average volume is $20K-50K, the fee for my services is $450/mo (typically for a trade contractor)
(c) If your monthly average volume is $50K or more, the fee for my services is $600/mo (typically for a general contractor)
